2025 RPHA Board of Directors Election
Voting for the Board of Directors will open at midnight on July 10, 2025, and close at 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2025.

You must select three individual names on the ballot, and you cannot vote for the same person more than once on the same ballot.
You may only vote once per address and once per IP (computer) address.
- Multiple votes from the same home address will render the ballots invalid.
- Multiple votes from the same IP address will render the ballots invalid.
- Voting for a candidate more than once on the same ballot will render the ballot invalid.
- If you submit an electronic ballot and a paper ballot, only the paper ballot will be counted.

Please find the 2025 election material for the upcoming annual meeting of members scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rhonewood Park Cabana Club located at 5451 Charlotte Way in Livermore.
Board Candidate Statements

Amy Ligher
Amy Lighter and her family have lived in Livermore for most of the past 12 years, with most of those years in Rhonewood. She is an attorney with Berry Appleman & Leiden focusing primarily on corporate immigration law, but she also has experience assisting nonprofit organizations. All three of her children - two now grown - have swum with Rhonewood Sharks in years past and enjoyed being part of that community. Amy's hobbies include traveling, gardening (or at least learning more about it), and playing music as often as possible on her violin, guitar, or any other instrument people will let her try.
Rachit Modi
My name is Rachit Modi, and I am thrilled to be considered for the board in the HOA. As an individual with a background in information technology, I possess a keen analytical mind and a passion for problem-solving. However, my true joy lies in embracing the great outdoors. Hiking, bicycling, and travel are my cherished hobbies, and they have shaped me into an adventurous and open-minded individual. I firmly believe that my diverse interests and experiences can bring a fresh perspective to the table, and I am eager to contribute my ideas and efforts to enhance our community. I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment within our neighborhood, and I look forward to being an active and engaged member of the HOA.
Christiaan VandenHeuvel
My name is Christiaan VandenHeuvel, and I have lived in our community on Charlotte Way for 11 years.
My wife and I have four children, ranging in age from 17 to 29. We have loved living in this neighborhood and are very happy and frequent users of our community pool, the events that RPHA organizes, and the various parks.
I have been super impressed and pleased with the sense of community we experience here in our little neighborhood.
I have loved the opportunity to serve on the board of RPHA as the Architectural Chair, and I have enjoyed helping people quickly navigate the architecture approval process. Our neighborhood continues to look great! I hope that my contributions to our board will help maintain and protect that small-town feeling I get from living here.
