2026 RPHA Board of Directors Election
Voting for the Board of Directors will open at midnight on July 13, 2026, and close at 5:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026.

You must select three individual names on the ballot, and you cannot vote for the same person more than once on the same ballot.
You may only vote once per address and once per IP (computer) address.
- Multiple votes from the same home address will render the ballots invalid.
- Multiple votes from the same IP address will render the ballots invalid.
- Voting for a candidate more than once on the same ballot will render the ballot invalid.
- If you submit an electronic ballot and a paper ballot, only the paper ballot will be counted.

Please find the 2026 election material for the upcoming annual meeting of members scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rhonewood Park Cabana Club located at 5451 Charlotte Way in Livermore.

CARRIE MONTGOMERY
My husband and I enjoy Livermore and this wonderful neighborhood. We have three children and thoroughly enjoy the pool and the social activities available to our family. Since we are enjoying everything Rhonewood Park has to offer, I would love to help with any activities Rhonewood has planned. I have an interest in being elected to the board so that I may help with these activities and learn more about our community.
VAIBHAV VASHISHTHA
Hello, I'm Vaibhav Vashishtha, and I live on Debra St. I am happily married and work as a Technical Product Owner for a technology company based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing the guitar, singing, listening to music, and practicing yoga.
For the past three years, I have served as the Social Chair for our community, where I have been responsible for planning and organizing summer events and movie nights. I enjoy bringing neighbors together and creating opportunities for our community to connect and have fun.
MICHAEL WOODMANSEE
I would be glad to do my best to participate in the HOA. My family and I moved to Livermore at the end of October 2022 when I took a job at Sandia Labs, and we purchased the property at 829 Katrina Street that same December. We are thrilled with our house and with the neighborhood. I particularly appreciated the balance that the HOA has struck between ensuring a safe, pleasant neighborhood environment and allowing owners to make their individual contributions to our community's special character. The pool and associated services add significant value to living in Rhonewood Park and represent a place where residents of all ages and walks of life come together to enjoy each other's company. I'd look forward to the opportunity as a contributing member to support the HOA's current direction and focus.
