2025 RPHA HOA Assessment
The 2025 RPHA HOA Assessment is $466. It is due before February 1, 2025.
You can either pay by check or credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please make a check out to:

If you wish to pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), please use the form below to enter your payment information. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to enter your credit card information. Note that there is a small credit card convenience fee that we must add to the Assessment to cover our processing costs. If you wish to avoid the fee, please send a check. Starting February 1, 2025, there is a late fee of $74.50 that will be assessed.
You will receive an electronic receipt from Stripe with the transaction details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
